South Florida favorite Pollo Tropical (say Poy-oh Trop-eh-Cal -as in Cal-ifornia) is opening November 22 at the Markets at Town Center near Toys R Us.
I headed down on Friday afternoon for a sneak peek tasting and I was pleasantly surprised.
