Jacksonville will soon be home to the first location of a California Pizza Kitchen restaurant in Northeast Florida. It will be located in the St. Johns Town Center at the roundabout near Barnes & Noble and will open for business on July 12, 2010.

According to an article on the Jacksonville Business Journal website, a new ownership group has purchased the theatre at 12000 Beach Blvd. for $1.6 million. According to the Business Journal, work has started on the Zaxby’s at Bartram park by GC Benchmark Building Contractors Inc and will employ 40-50 people. This is the first location opened by licensees Chip Hults and Chris Manwell. Check the article for details.
