A truly entertaining vintage meal, complete with dancing poultry, pineapple spears, and questionable spherical objects that could be grapes, olives, or marbles.

Vintage Recipe Card: Baked Acorn Squash

Gourmet adventures in bad food photography from the 1970’s.

Ingredients
2 acorn squash (1 pound each)
½ teaspoon salt
2 apple, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
